Hi All
We have recently moved to Utah switching on the new UI and also moving to the new Chat tool.
Our main Service Desk is outsourced supporting over 45,000 customers around the world and in all of their 5 locations they complain that compared to call module the system is intermittently very slow and hampering their ability to support our customers.
ServiceNow have been supporting us but so far nothing has made a major difference and we are a month in...
I just wondered if anyone has or is experiencing the same before we start engaging network teams etc.

We have experienced SOW issues identical to what's been described above - no solution immediately in sight. Would greatly appreciate folks on this thread continue to share their findings / experiences, and solutions (if any).

@andreaswasmer I have seen your request for further examples and perhaps these customers could also help with this as its clear its not unique to my organisation now.

Just had an update on our HI ticket
"The api calls heavy as its sync with store to get data. . We have revamped this experience from Vancouver. So, starting Vancouver we can get rid of the issue where admin center team needs to use our newly built API's.
Still we are working with Dev for any other alternate for Utah release, we will update you as soon as we have the details."

That is a breakthrough then - fingers crossed they work out how to solve without us all upgrading soon too.

No such luck - this response from HI a few minutes a go - I've been implementing ServiceNow since 2010 and this is the worst support I have ever seen
"Good Day!
Please find the below response from our dev team
1. Admin Center is an app release and the fix cannot be backported
2. It is used an API which is only available in Vancouver and that is the only fix.
3. Utah does not have the API and thus the fix is not applicable or back ported
4. The PRB- PRB1671105 don't have any other work around than upgrade the instance to Vancouver(when it is available) ."
