Duration Field of SLA which was assigned to specific incident Needs to be Updated in Custom Field

Hi Folks ,

 

Can you please help me with the Approach to update the Duration in SLA for the Specific Incident Needs to Be updated with the Custom Field Duration in Incident Form,

Hi Thanks for the immediate response 

 

- these are the steps and conditions to create the BR and update the SLA , Please help me with the possible scripts

 

 

1.All the state from the incident Needs to be mapped with two custom tables states

2. if we updated the Work notes or Customer visible work Notes Needs to be updated with the Custom table1 Work Notes and Custom table2 Work Notes 

3.When we are updating the Customer Visible Work notes and Work Notes it needs to be updated in the Incident form 

4.SLA which we created in Notification ex: SLA (2 Hours - High Priority Needs to be updated in the Incident form and Custom table1 and Custom Table 2)

 

@Sohail Khilji - Based on these Conditions and Steps Can you please help me with the scripts and BR Needs to be created for the same .
