Error while Initiating teams chat via Incident in ServiceNow

Hello Developers,

 

I have an user who faces issues while trying to initiate teams chat via incident form in ServiceNow

Error "Invalid requested resource path"

It works fine for others. I have found the script include it's coming from but it's not helpful.

 

Any suggestions?

User have re-joined the organisation due which he have different azureID but same old ServiceNow account. This is mismatching,

seems this link should help you

looks like that user is entering some special character in Title and hence it's breaking

Getting an error "Invalid requested resource path" after cloning (MS Teams integration)

Thanks for the response. 

Special characters is not the issue here.  I have checked the chat title.

Did you try to clear the cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?
