Excluding a group from receiving Incident assigned notification

We're trying to exclude our help desk from receiving the "Incident assigned to your group" notification. It is set up with the following filter conditions, but the group mentioned in the "Assignment group is not" condition is still receiving the email notification. Any ideas as to why this is not working?

Hi,
Please check and make sure this is the correct email notification.
There might be another notification for same purpose which is getting triggered.
I hope the condition is correct and you have selected the reference group by opening a popup to select matching group (using search icon, do not just put name of group)

Thanks for your response. I have verified that there are no other notifications that are triggering this and the group was selected from the search function, not simply typing the name.
