I'm unable to see Show email details in Activity.

Is the mail being sent or not , can you check that as well ?

Hi @Hemanth Naidu ,

 

If you are facing this issue in non-production environment. Please mark Email sending enabled to true and put emailID (where you want all email to be received from the ServiceNow instance) in field named Send all email to this test email address (non-production testing).

Once email gets triggered when you are testing. Validate from email logs that it's Type changes to sent

Then check your Activity. Email will be visible
