Hi

Since Vancouver, we receive incident notification on SOW or on native interface after each incident close by system. This generate a lot of notifications.

Have you an idea about this ?

Thank you

You can either disable the notification entirely on the Workspace through the 'Setting' in the UI Builder

Or if you want to deactivate a particular notification, navigate to Workspace Experience > Administration > Notification Triggers and disable it from there.

Hi @Sheh ,

OOTB when incident is closed or resolved these notification will be triggered,

To cross verify which email is being triggered for your instance you can check the subject and compare it with the existing notification.

Also you can debug by navigating to sys_email and check the email which is triggering in your system and if you open that record you can find the notification detail,

Hi @Sheh,

I am assuming you are talking about the Workspace notification, e.g.

So what do you want to do with it? Disable it completely or configure it?
