We have one closed incident, for that incident there is a field "Duration days". It is showing 159 days, how it will calculate the days. Please help on this.

It is custom field, go to dictionary of this field and check the calculated Tab. or you can check BR / script which populate the value.

Hi @Sirisha Thota ,

 

This field "duration days" is a custom field, hence you need to look into the field configuration, business rules, scripts etc. if field is auto populated. How it is calculated cannot be answered through the community.
