How can I restrict KB articles from particular KB on Service portal. As of now restricted KB articles are visible but once I open it shows this message.

How can I remove articles which are restricted.

 

Can someone please help.

Hello @Ayushi Gupta ,

You can achieve it by creating a user criteria in "user_criteria" table and you can add this User Criteria in the "Can Read" or "Cannot Read" field on knowledge article record.

Articles are already restricted I want that they should not be visible on portal, because they are visible once they are opened I get " You don't have sufficient privileges to access the knowlledge article".
