Hi,
i was wondering how to track every State change in the Timeline block on SOW for Major incident management.
For exemple, in the exemple below, the state of the incident change multiple times but only the last state (resolved) appear.
How to display every change state ? Is it possible to track every assignment change too ?
Regards,

Hi @Nico12
No, I don't think there is a way to add the state/assignment group. We need to identify the rule or logic that is updating the worknotes in PIR, and then we can make the necessary changes. However, in this case, the PIR may become lengthy. Since it's in the UI Builder, which isn't easy to navigate, it's better to log a Now Support case, and the team can assist you.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
