Need help on updating Fav Icon for Major Incident Management

Hi Team,

We have created a image in system UI > Images and add image and same name has been updated on system properties > system. But Fav Icon is not being updated for Major Incident Management. Open any P1 ticket and click on workbench I can see old icon only.

 

Can anyone help me with this.
