Notification recipients when a ticket is created

【When an incident ticket is assigned to a group that has a group email set up】

The notification of the assignment only reaches the group email.

I would like to set it up so that the notification also reaches the members belonging to that group, not just the group email.

Is such a setting possible, and if so, could you please provide the instructions on how to configure it?

Go to group and empty the group email and save the record.

Now to your email notification and add that email, like below

Hello Runjay,

I have question and just couldn't think if any solution, thought you could help.

Qst: Can a group mailbox set up as a guest account to receive notifications when a fulfiller responds. because whats the use of them using their group mailbox in creating Service Now ticket when it will not receive response from the said ticket. Hope there is a way to resolve this

if it goes to group email and that group email has DL configured with it's group members then those members will get the email

what's the issue?

Is that not happening?

You need to push the selected group email and all the members in an array in email script and call it in the notification in order to acheive this;
