Post zurich upgrade incident is not loading in the Agent Workspace

Hi Experts,

 

Recently we upgraded to zurich and we noticed that incident record is not loading in the Agent Workspace -

Could you please suggest on the same ?

Did you try to repair the workspace plugin?

If it doesn't work with that then raise a case with ServiceNow

Other records also not opening like CHG, PRB etc?

no help from ServiceNow as, it's deprecated as per them.

1.  Clear your browser cache and perform a cache.do in the instance or open it in Incognito /Inprivate browser

2. If still issue persists, Repair ServiceNow Agent Workspace plugin (com.agent_workspace)

The Agent Workspace plugin is not available for upgrade/repair as it is deprecated by ServiceNow. And also no help from ServiceNow as it is deprecated.
