In incident form when we select impact and urgency is high priority will be P0 .
i want filed Major automatically check when user select impact and urgency in high?

Atul: This can be added in priority lookup.
i want filed Major automatically check when user select impact and urgency in high?

Atul: You can use client script for this or UI policy but hoping field major is on the form

Hi @Nafisa Zaman ,

 

This can be obtained either by client script or UI policy if it should happen right away in the form. If not, then a business rule can do the trick server side.

So what is the issue you are running into? You tried creating a Flow or Business Rule for this and it is not working? Can you share it?
