Toggle button on the form

Hi,

I have a requirement to create a toggle/slider button in the form.I need to achieve the same view on form. when the button is on then the date should be editable else no. This should be achieved in Native view not on portal. Thanks in advance!

Better use UI policy, the toggle button will increase the technical debt.

Client demands a lot, it we as SN experts need to guide what is right and wrong. To do the toggle part you need to do the customization, which can create problems at upgrade time. So consider this.
