Update fields on incident list view sys_pop

Morning! 

I am looking for information on how to update the sys_pop default ffew for the incident table list view. 

It looks like from default it is presenting all fields on the form. 

Can this be altered from the CXS view? Does a new sys_pop view need created somewhere?

Please create a new view with name  "sys_popup" and set the field as you want to see on popup.

this will work.

1.Go to UI views from application navigator

2. Look for sys_pop view and change the fields for this view for incident list.

Thank you for the response!

When i try to create a list for incident under the sys_ iew i do not see the lists pop up update, 

Removed browser and cache, same issue. 

 

Any sugegstions?

Thank you for your response. 

After following this process, a cache dump on the instance, browser cache clear and log out and back in, i still experiance the non updated view in the list view pop up.

 

Any guidance?
