When i am checking for how many notifications raised for incident can i filter Application=Global

Hi,

When i am checking for how many notifications raised for incident can i filter "Application=Global"

Because i want to check only how many notifications are created on Incident table some of the notifications Application is not Global. 

In this case can filter as Application=Global only please help me out on the filter part how ?

Hi @kranthi2 ,

 

As far as I understand your requirement, you want to have a count of notifications on incident table that are active and will trigger during various scenarios irrespective of them being in global or other applications. So if you have to take the total count, you should include global ones as well, apart from this, if you are looking for a certain scenario like how many notification will be triggered when there is a state change or till incident is resolved then its better to check the email logs by creating incidents and checking what all notifications are triggering in your platform.
