We would like to add a service to the drop down menu in Incidents. The Service section appears just below the Impact section of an Incident. I am thinking this is probably simple. Maybe something like just adding the additional service to the table that feeds this but we haven't been able to locate it yet. Does anyone know how we can add an additional service?

Hi @sseverance ,
It could be "cmdb_ci_service" Business Service table, could you right click on the service field and click on Show to double check!!.

Hi @sseverance
Just Right click on the field and from the context menu Navigate to configure dictionary and check the Table name. You can add additional service here and it will be visible in your reference field (Service), if it will qualify- reference qualifier condition.

Hello @sseverance
Steps to meet your requirement:
- Right click on the field and select configure dictionary.
- A form will appear, check the reference field in reference specification section.
- Open this reference record
- In the form you can see the table name "cmdb_ci_service"
- You can add the service in this table to make it available in incident form
Note: Table name may vary if the field is a custom field in your case.
Hope this helps!
