Display History (with calendar and list) in the context menu of an incident in SOW

Hello,

Do you know if it’s possible to display the history of an incident in Service Operation Workspace? In the back-office, I can see that operators with the ITIL role have this option :

I would like to have the same feature in Service Operation Workspace :

It would be great if there was a Timeline component in SOW Incidents and RITM's that was a reflection of the Activity Stream feed.
