Hello All
I have a requirement based on which, in my Service Operation Workspace, the Overview of Incident should have different content.
I could easily remove the content i do not need, but now I would have to add, to the Impact Summary, the Category field.
How would I do that?

Hi,
for anyone looking for it, I figured it out.
You change the view to SoW-Incident-Overview and can modify the form via configure form layout or form design.
