Hi i want color coding in service operation workspace for follow up field like priority has in the attached screenshot. In native incident if we can apply if we select from gear icon like wise how to change in sow. Please let me know.

Hi @Community Alums
You can find in highlighted values table - Navigate to All > Workspace Experience > Administration > Highlighted Values. There you can filter with table is incident. open record with application incident management for service operation workspace.
in related list Highlighted Value Condition , you can see priority records open one of the record and in that there is a field "color", with this you can change the color as per your requirement
