How to disable the Screen Meet option in Service Operation workspace(Incident Form)?

I am working on Service Operations Workspace (SOW) in ServiceNow. While creating a new Incident, the Screen Meet option is appearing on the right side of the form. Could anyone please help me how  to disable/remove the ScreenMeet option only in SOW, and make sure that this change does not impact CSM or FSM workspaces. Please find the attached Screenshot.

yes this is possible and you can disable only for SOW

Check this link and it will work for you, response from Vivi Brasil

hide/disable "Expert on Call" Contextual Side panel tab in the Service Operation Workspace

Thanks for the response, Ankur.

I followed the steps from the article and it did disable the ScreenMeet option. However, it is now getting disabled in all workspaces. My requirement is to hide/disable ScreenMeet only in the Service Operations Workspace (SOW), without impacting CSM or FSM workspaces. Could you please guide me on how to apply this change only for SOW?

@RamireddyD

you followed steps from Vivi Brasil or Astik?

I suggested to follow Vivi Brasil

I followed the steps from  Vivi Brasil response. The ScreenMeet option is getting disabled, but it is being removed in all workspaces, not just SOW.

@RamireddyD

I followed same steps for Attachment in SOW and it disabled in SOW and kept in CSM workspace

CSM it's there

SOW it's gone
