How to edit Compose section in SOW

Hello,

Does anyone know how to edit compose section, i want to add a field below worknote and comments, but not able to add

Compose section is used by agents for posting journal entries like Comments/Work notes

That's by design and you can't show form fields under Compose section as per my understanding

Please inform customer that this is not feasible and not allowed and please stick to OOTB platform feature
