i want to add a macro in the sow incident form

i have created a macro and its coming in the native view.
but sow view in the native views its coming but sow workspace its not coming

UI macros are not supported in workspaces.

if you want to show some icon etc near field in workspace then you need to use field decorators

i tried to look into the UI Builder Deep Dives: Field Action Decorator - ServiceNow Community   but the customer support workspace is there. and also in the record of sow there is no default page

Customer Support workspace is not there.
