Hi!
Since the former Plugin for Structured Problem Analysis (com.snc.kt_pa), that you can activate on a PDI, is going to be deprecated I am wondering if it is possible to get the new Plugin that is available in Store - Advanced Problem Management (RCA)?
I cant't see that it is available in the instance plugin list or the Plugin list on developer Site?

Hi,
This is not possible, ServiceNow doesn't make all plugins available for PDI instances and there is no explanation as to why currently.
You can request this plugin on the hi support portal to be installed onto a test or dev instance if your company has one.
