What's the best way to resolve this?

There is no support available for PDI from SN.

 

You  can release this instance and then request for new one.

Hi @Jason174 ,

 

Nothing you can do your self, and no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. Only two options is to wait as it might come online again, or release the instance and request a fresh installation.
