Hi @nikhilz
There is no support available for PDI from SN.
You can release this instance and then request for new one.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @nikhilz
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
- if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
best regards
Anders

Thank you @AndersBGS @Dr Atul G- LNG
I had decided to wait over the weekend and then request a new one if the status was the same on Monday. But thankfully I see that it's back now. The first thing I'll do is backup my work.
