How can I update the email address associated with ServiceNow SSO

I have recently moved out of my old company. The associated email address to them was "vpatro@gemini-us.com", with which my ServiceNow developer account is associated. Since I have moved out, my email has been deactivated. Can any one advice/update my email to a new one.

Just in case someone stumbles onto this question and needs to know to update their email address. You will need to email ssosupport@servicenow.com.

Hi Vidyasagar,



If you send an email to community@servicenow.com with your current email address and what you would like it changed to, and they will take care of it for you.


Or you can call to universal international free phone number (UIFN) +800 400 50900



After having found myself with the same issue several times, I now use my personal email address for anything ServiceNow related, as the unique identifier for all your activity history (certificate, course, comments...) is your email address.
