How to enable list v3?

Hello,

I've been trying to activate the list v3 plugin in Helsinki patch 6 hot fix one with no success.

I have enabled the plugin which shows as being successfully activated however when I try to enable list v3 for related lists there is no option under system properties.

The instructions being followed are from here Enable List v3 for related lists

Would be interested to know where I am going wrong?

Interesting. This may be where the problem lies. There should be a List v3 under System Properties. Perhaps the plugin didn't get activated properly. Can you check this System Definition> Plugins to ensure.

Have you logged out and logged back in as Sebastian recommended just to be sure?

Keep in mind that not all lists will work with list v3 (including related lists.) If the list is not list v3 compliant, it will revert to list v2 automatically. A good test to ensure list v3 is active and working is in Incidents> Open

I've had a look under Incidents> Open and it is displaying as list v2
