Instance can't goes offline when refreshing

Hi,

 

I can't wake up my instance, it goes down every time I'm trying to wake it up. Can you please help ? dev271070

Hi @Florian CHAMOI1 

There was some unplanned maintenance causing this issue, which affected many users. Additionally, there is no dedicated support for PDI available, meaning there is no one at ServiceNow who can assist with resolving this. You may need to wait for a day or two, just like I did; I got my PDI back yesterday.

Hi @Florian CHAMOI1 ,

 

 as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, or spotless come online after some time
  •  release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all worked that hasn’t been backed up will be lost.
