Instance is offline, need help to regain the access

I am facing issue while logging to my instance https://dev275930.service-now.com/   I tried logging several times but its not getting loaded

You need to wait, mate. I had the same experience, and it took around 12 hours to get my PDI back. You’ll need to be patient. @YuvrajS24622445

I think its more than 24 hours still facing the same issue, first I thought the same thing that's why I waited for sometime but its not helping out

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow, hence you're limited to two options:

1. Wait, it should come online again after some time
2. Release the instance and request a fresh installation.
