Hi Team,

My PDI - "dev92558" is offline since morning. Kindly help me to get it restarted.

Wait for some more time, it is not wake up consider it dead and release this PDI. There is no support available for PDI.

Hi @Chetan Raut ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait - it should come online again in some time
  2. release your instance and request a fresh installation. Based on your current development, this will off course be last possible solution of nothing else works.
