My PDI Instance says it's offline

My PDI Instance has been refreshing all day and says it's offline. Can someone have a look please?

Hi @CJ Flanagan1 ,

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

1. Wait - it should come online again after some time
2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. NOTICE!, every development that haven't been backed up will be lost for good - it will not be possible to restore.

PDI doesn't come with support , which means if it is offline or unavailable or reclaimed no one from community can support.

You can either wait for more time or release your PDI and get a new one.

For future  , take regular back of update set.
