Instance not responding

Hello,

 

I am trying to troubleshoot our instance but can’t seem to get in at all. Is there anyone from ServiceNow that can restart it? I’m not able to open a ticket via nowsupport.

Hi @chrishaas ,

 

As you might know, the ServiceNow community is not monitored by any support from ServiceNow. What is the error / reason that you can't open a High ticket from NowSupport?

Hi @chrishaas 

 

PDI doesn't come with support, which means if PDI is down or not working or offline no one can help you on this. Either you can wait for some time or release the instance.
