I am experimenting with AI Search, and I want to test the indexing. I have reindexed the Incident table, without any conditions. After indexing, the number of indexed records show: 35 238
Looking in the Incident table, there are 36 757 records.
Why are all incidents not being indexed?
It would be great to be able to see the index. Is this stored in a table, and if so would it be possible to view this table? In this way I can see which records were not indexed.

More questions. Are you trying to get the similar incidents for the Agents in the Agent Service Operations Workspace or for Incident Management to find the trending incidents?
We Use Predictive Intelligent for the Agents scenario. Have not worked on the Incident Management aspect yet, but your question got me digging.

I'm working on building a tool to assist our Service Operations agents to solve incidents rapidly. I want to use AI Search to search for similar incidents for this. We also are using the Predictive Intelligence similar incidents, but I want to use a hybrid approach that has both (Predictive Intelligence and AI Search)
We might use this in Service Operations Workspace, or create a new Workspace for this
