Genius Result Not Displaying 'View' Button

Hi,

I have a genius result configured to display in the Service Portal which links to an external site but it is not displaying the 'view' button on the genius result so it is unable to be clicked. I have another genius result configured which is exactly the same as this one, apart from using a different link and description and this one is displaying the 'view' button correctly. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Reindexing the AI Search Indexed Source tables appears to have resolved the issue.

Hi @Satishkumar B. We don't have the Q&A enabled, but I enabled it as a test based on the link you provided but it didn't resolve the issue.
