I am following the documentation at https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-intelligent-experiences/page/administer/model-context-... to add an MCP Server to my instance.
I believe I have followed all the steps in the documentation:
The system property sn_aia.enable_mcp_tool has a value of "true".
The plugin Model Context Protocol Client (v1.0.7) is installed and active
My user has the sn_aia.admin and sn_mcp_client.admin roles
Also
The plugin Generative Ai Controller (v10.0.9) is installed and active
My instance version is glide-zurich-07-01-2025__patch1-hotfix1-09-18-2025
But still, when I access "All > AI Agent Studio > Settings." to try to add a new MCP Server, there is no option related to MCP Servers on that screen, only this
If anybody else has the same problem or knows a workaround, would love to hear it!

The Plugin is included with "Now Assist in AI Agents." Please verify that you have the latest version of the plugin installed.
If it is not up to date, submit a Now support case to have it enabled and updated.
