Similar Open Cases

Hello,

 

I'm trying to configure the Task Intelligence for CSM: Similar Open Cases. 

The model needs 10'000 record to be trained. This is very difficult to have in my situation. This needs a very huge company to have as many records for training as required by the model.

 

Is there any possibility to change this limit and to have smaller number of cases for training?

Nenad, the Task intelligence limit can be reduced. You will need to open a support case and ask them to make the change the similarity values in the sn_ti_admin_template.list.  See this article for reference.

We had a smiliar situation but for clustering solutions instead of similarity.
Changing system property "glide.platform_ml.api.csv_min_line" in list "sys_properties" did the trick for us. You can set field "Value" to the minimum number of required records there.

But for csm similarity, there is Template data tab and we need to provide some Utility Script. What is this, what should be set here?
