Report a wrong translation in portal

Hi, 

 

We have enabled three languages as of now, we want the user an option to raise a request/feedback/report if there is any wrong translation that he/she has seen in the portal or otherwise. 

 

Is there any method available OOTB for providing feedback on the Translations done ?

Hi @Harsha Pappala,

Ootb no there isn't, but what we typically recommend is creating a portal announcement like this:

 Which leads the user to a Catalog Item / Record Producer like this:

AlexCoopeSN_1-1701175018339.png

 

You can then use AWA + Skills to ensure it's auto assigned to the appropriate team to investigate / action accordingly,
