Received emails are not getting translated using Dynamic Translation

The inbound emails received in different language are not getting translated though the Translate button is enabled. I have configured IBM watson Translator. Can someone guide me how to correct it ?
Also, we need to translate the Catalog Variables (Text type) also using DT. Is it possible ?

@Viswanatha Redd,

This might sound a little obvious, but have you ensured in your Dynamic Translation setting record, that you have Language Detection also set in your IBMWatson config?
