Work notes translation in flow designer

Is there any way to translate work notes in flow designer?

@GRKN,

This isn't advisable as it wouldn't be scalable, plus it wouldn't solve the issue of seeing the correct translation for the correct session language at the point of viewing (due to how Journal Fields work),
