How to add an approval process at the back of a catalog item template in catalog builder?

I'm also trying to find a solution to this.  My company wants to set something up to review all items submitted within Catalog Builder before publishing.  This should be something common right?!!? The documentation mentions setting this up by copying a subflow called 'Template: Catalog Builder - Item review subflow' but I cannot find this to copy it from.
