Detailed comparison between Asset Management in ITSM and Hardware Asset Management

Hello,

Can anyone tell me where I can find a detailed comparison between the standard Asset Management in ITSM and Hardware Asset Management? We need to be sure what are the unique features of HAM.

I know the datasheet, but I need to be sure which features are not included in the ITSM Asset Management?

Hi,

I'm not sure how much detail you need, but the following infographic provides a pretty good summary of the features in the Core Asset Management application (IT Asset Management) and Hardware Asset Management:

In the core app, you get the basic data model for assets, transfer orders, purchase orders, etc. HAM provides a workspace, model normalization, and a whole bunch of automation via flows for lifecycle management.
