Hi all, we are in process of installing ACC on a RHEL machine, following all the steps as mentioned in the docs through the terminal.
MID Server got connected to the agent , then the agent was configured to run as a service, but after inserting the last command that is supposed to start the service: sudo systemctl start acc nothing happens and the acc status is mentioning the picture from above that it is failing. Please advice if anybody has seen the above message before and any tips how it was dealt with would be great.
Thank you !

Hi Chand,
Sorry don´t understand your Question, Sorry about that.
I get the message when I enter the command, sudo systemctl stop acc, then I get this error message: Failed to stop acc.service:unit acc service not Loaded.
