AWS was not able to validate the provided access credentials

Hi,

I'am unable to connect to cloud account using cloud management plugin in service-now. Did any one see this issue?

Error keeps popping "AWS was not able to validate the provided access credentials. But my access credentials are correct and i validated it multiple time using aws client.

Hi,

please check the following thread, it very long but at the end the guy that had a similar issue said the following:

This ended up my connect with amazon support and they told me they had to refresh my account with some additional policies for third party. I had no clue about it as the error was vague. Anyways it was fixed with few hours of mess.

AWS Credentials

Please try the same, it should fix your problem.
