Conflict Detection Banner on Change form

Hi All, I have a requirement where, I have to show a info message at the top of the change request form.If the Change has any conflict detected so when some open the change the banner will show as "Change has conflict" Can anyone help me on this?

Reverting back to previous Stage

I had a co-worker close a task linked to a RITM by accident. This ultimately changed the Stage to completed. Is there a way to revert it back to a previous Stage?  If not, is there a way to create a new task off of a RITM that already exists?

Resolved! Service Operations Workspace lists won't load

I need some help. I activated the Service Operations Workspace but for some reason any non-IT user can't access the lists. If they go to the Agent Workspace, all the lists work fine, but in Service Operations Workspace, the lists never load.
