Failed Exploring CI Pattern - Identification Issues

We are working on discovery of our Nutanix systems. I've gotten this to the point that it's running and I can review the returned XML (no errors) has relevant system details for what is hosted. However, the IRE isn't able to actually create anything due to the failure at identification. It appears to be related to an attempt to map out some relationships but I'm not sure where to start, or even if the issue is on my side.

ServiceNow was notified and made a correction that they released on subsequent updates for the Visibility Content plugin. We were functional a few months ago but I failed to update this thread!

Per ServiceNow;

"When system property "glide.hd.payload_format.internal_id_based_payload" is set to true you may observe the following error or something similar;

com.snc.sw.exception.IdentificationEngineException:

Dedup process failed. Unrelated errors were found in the payload: [QUALIFICATION_LOOP: Qualification chain has loop that contains relation '{"parent":0,"child":0,"type":"Virtualized by::Virtualizes","sys_rel_source_info":{}}',

This is due to CIs that are inserted in Pre-Sensor scripts. The issue with the script responsible for this error has been corrected and is available in a more recent version of the 'Visibility Content' plugin which is present on your instance."

Rahul, unfortunately I'm not sure if that's all too helpful. Maybe I just don't understand the point of "Identification Simulation".

I dropped my payload from the "Nutanix Components" pattern record in ecc_queue into the "Identification Simulation" and ran it and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be reviewing. The "Logs" section doesn't indicate any alerts or problems.

I searched the log for "instantiates" and don't see anything there for that either. I'm not sure where the error I originally posted, when the discovery attempt is actually made, is coming from or what it means.
