Flexera ServiceNow Integration

Hi We have following use cases to be implemented as a part of SNOW Flexera Integration ..Can anyone suggest the way forward and way to achieve it as well as the prerequisites to achieve it --

Flexera to ServiceNow:

• Populate CMDB with Software Titles and market data (EoL or EoS, Packaging Options, Current Versions) per device/CI
• Standardised formatting of naming across all CI’s for all data sources.
• Software contracts managed in FlexOne can be exported to the CMDB
• Normalised list of software titles, remove asset duplication, capture relevant data only (to improve ITSM function)
• Reduces number of items to be considered by configuration management

ServiceNow to Flexera

• Asset ownership; Roles (Prod, Dev, DR etc); Status (Active, Retired)
• Where is the Asset deployed
• Hardware asset status and Asset ownership data from CMDB supports license optimisation

Hi @Anirban 

There is a application available on Servicenow store which is free. Try that and see if that helps which might reduce the time t build it from scratch. 

But do check if it works correctly or not by trying it in your lower Dev environment.
