I am trying to install MID server in windows 16 host machine with Newyork release. I have launched installer & entered required details. Then clicked on "Start MID Server" & proceeded for validation of MID server record in servicenow. On clicking 'Validate', getting message: "Version compatibility could not be determined. Verify that the MID Server is configured as expected."

On clicking on "More info", getting attached error message which doesn't include Newyork release. Kindly assist on this.

Hi,

The version of the MID Server must be compatible with the version of the instance. Otherwise, the MID Server cannot process commands or communicate with the instance

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark 👍 Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.

Hi,

Can you answer this question:

1) Instance Version

2) Which MID file version was downloaded.

3) Do you have proxy involved or not?

4) User used to configure has roles or not.

5) Can you show MID server logs which you can see in log file where MID is installed.

Thanks,
Ashutosh
