To create an exception rule for alerts from a specific source and prevent them from being grouped by ITOM, you can follow these steps: 1. Access the ITOM console or alert management system. 2. Navigate to the alert rules or configuration settings section. 3. Look for the option to create a new rule or exception. 4. Specify the source you want to exclude from ITOM grouping. 5. Set the conditions or criteria for the exception rule, such as the source name or identifier. 6. Save the exception rule and ensure it is enabled. 7. Test the rule by generating alerts from the specified source and confirming they are not grouped by ITOM. Please note that the exact steps may vary depending on the specific ITOM tool or platform you are using.

I think this is only Possible when Grouping is done by Manually or Using Rule Based where you can exclude Alerts from a Given Sources.
CMDB and Automated Alerts its very deep customization to achieve what you are looking for.
