How to create change phases?

We have a request to include a new phase in change mgmt. I don't see an option to create a change phase, how do I create a new change phase?

Hi catchdini,

In change mngt,right click on phase field>select personalize choices>there you can add a new phase>refresh the page>open change mngt>Now see in your phase field the new phase which you added is visible.
